What are the shipping times for your products?

Due to the exceptional circumstances of COVID19 and the delays of the Post Office our delivery times are 5 -12 working days maximum, therefore delivery is FREE for a limited time. Thank you for your understanding.

Do you ship anywhere in the world?

Yes, absolutely. We ship worldwide.

Where do we ship from?

Our offices are located in PARIS, France. Our warehouses are located in Canada, United States and China.

I did not receive all the items in my order, is this normal?

It is normal, in fact it is possible that you may receive each product independently because it depends on our current stock. Please wait and your products will arrive.

I have received a damaged item. What can I do about it?

We are sorry to hear that. Simply send us an image of the damaged item in question to the contact page and we will send you a similar replacement item as soon as possible.

I still haven't received my order. What is taking so long?

We apologize for the delay. Sometimes international shipping may take longer than expected due to customs clearance. 

How do I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order if it has not already been shipped. To do so, please send us an email via our contact page


Do you have a refund policy?

We do our best to resolve any problems our customers may encounter with their online items. If you still wish to receive a refund on your order, we can of course complete the payment, if the recourse is made within 14 days from the date of the order and the product(s) are eligible. How do I change my order?

To modify your order (name, first name, address, color...), please contact our customer service as soon as possible at our contact page

For all orders, you have 2 hours after placing your order to make a request for modification.
All requests after this time will not be taken into account as your order is being prepared.
Only modification requests confirmed by our customer service will be taken into account.

How do I track my order?

To track your order, simply add the tracking code that you received by e-mail in this page: https://www.17track.net/en


If you have not received your order and you are still within the delivery time defined above, rest assured, there is nothing wrong.

It may happen that your tracking does not change for several days. This happens frequently with international deliveries. You will be able to try again in a few days.

Where is my order confirmation email?

If you have not received your order confirmation email, it is likely that :

1. The email is in the junk mail/spam folder.
2. Your operator blocks our mails 
3. You made a typo in your email address

Start by checking your spam, and if you can't find it, contact us at info@skaem.com and we'll send it to you again.

How do I cancel my order?

You have 2 hours after placing your order to make a cancellation request, also valid in case of an order error.

This request must be sent to us by email at the following address: via our contact page


Beyond this time no cancellation will be accepted because the order will be in the process of being processed. You can always return your order to us within 14 days after receipt, if you still wish to have a refund.

How do I return my order?

You can return your order to us 14 days after you have received it. Beyond this period, we will not be able to accept your return.


You will have to return your order in its original packaging. If the product has been used too much, we may apply a discount on the refund.

Please note that the shipping costs remain at your expense.

We will refund your order once we have received and inspected it.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, refunds may be applied
For a question of hygiene, the used products are not refunded.
